Rohit Arora is the CEO and co-founder of Biz2Credit and Biz2X. He is one of the most prominent experts on small business finance and is often quoted by major news media, including the New York Times, Bloomberg and American Banker. He and his brother, Ramit, founded the company in 2007 and were named Entrepreneurs of the Year by Crain’s New York Business in 2011. Rohit holds a Masters in International Business from Columbia University.

Ramit Arora is the President and co-founder of Biz2Credit and heads the company's credit and sales operations. He has 10+ years of experience in financial services with Citibank and Xerox, and has a considerable experience in risk management. He holds a bachelor's degree in business management and master's in accounting.

Michael Benjamin, CFO has held senior finance positions at Pearson, the Financial Times, and BMG. He was CFO of OnMoney.com an early fintech startup and had was previously COO of Chemical Banks investment group. Michael holds an MBA with Distinction from Wharton and a BA in Chemistry and Economics from Emory University.

Debbie is the Global Chief People Officer at Biz2Credit. She has over 30 years of global experience crossing investment banking/securities, telecommunication, media, ecommerce, and executive recruiting industries. She has served in an executive level at companies such as Branded, MediaCom, Bankrate, and Velocity. Debbie specializes in creating and delivering people strategies in fast-paced environments, enabling business growth and driving operational excellence She believes in making a difference in the world through initiatives that help people, whether meeting the basic essentials, or helping them achieve their potential through coaching, Debbie’s career is complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Communications degree from the University of Kansas. She is an active member of Until There are Nine an advisor to St. Francis, Pinnacle, and CICA.

Pankaj is the Chief Revenue Officer of Biz2X India. He has 2 decades of experience in driving enterprise sales in the financial services and tech space. He has worked in leadership roles in organisations like D&B, Experian and Lentra. Pankaj has played a key role in building teams, scaling up businesses and large customer acquisitions in his earlier stints where he successfully led multi million dollar deals. Besides large deals, theatre, music and movies also give him a high.

Charles is a growth-focused marketing leader with expertise in the small business, technology and B2B sectors. At Biz2X, he has overseen many initiatives, including the launch of the company's loan application and forgiveness process for the SBA’s Paycheck Protection Program. In his time with Biz2X he has worked with dozens of community and regional banks on co-marketing initiatives connected to their use of our platform.
